I want to thank Sterling Estate Sales for helping me close a chapter of my Life and start a new chapter. My Husband past away and left me with sooo many treasures I needed to sell. My friend had previously used Sterling Estate Sales and he highly recommended them to me. I called Lidia and told her about my many collections. Lidia was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. She told me not to worry and Lidia and her crew came in to my home for a month to stage and price everything and what a job she did! She advertised on a lot of websites, sent out emails to her customers and called in all her buyers. The morning of the sale people were lined up around the corner and down the street. WHAT A SALE!!! I highly recommend them to all my friends and anyone that needs and Estate Sale.

I cannot tell you how pleased I was with Lidia taking care my parent’s Estate Sale. It was something that I just could not do as I live in Chicago. Lidia took care of everything, inventoried, priced, got the buyers, cleaned up and had everything sold. Before I knew it, the house was cleaned out and ready for sale with a cashiers check in the mail to in short time. Lidia really takes his work to heart and made this hard time much easier on me and my family.

I cannot say enough 'Good Things' about Sterling Estate Sales Jim & Lidia! It is always so difficult to loose a family member or 'best friend'! If it is possible to 'lighten' the situation - Jim & Lidia can do this. My 'Sister of Heart' died earlier this month her Brother basically her only survivor and lives in CA. He entrusted the sale of her estate to me and another very close friend. They are 'Professional, Knowledgeable & Caring'! The sale is April 5-7 and I firmly believe a 'huge success'! Thanks for all your help!
